With over a decade of experience in electrical automation, power distribution, and process reliability within a continuous manufacturing environment, I combine hands-on technical expertise with a leadership approach that prioritizes accountability, clear communication, and bringing structure and organization to complex work. 

Through earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and Technical Management, I have strengthened my ability to align teams, manage change, and apply structured problem-solving to operational challenges. This academic experience complements my field experience, improving my ability to lead with both technical depth and a broader operational and strategic perspective. 

Over the course of my career, I have led and coordinated critical initiatives involving control system integration, reliability improvements, and cross-functional collaboration between maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors. These experiences have reinforced my focus on improving system reliability, reducing operational risk, and driving consistent performance in high-stakes environments. 

My career goal is to advance into senior leadership roles where I can expand my influence on broader operational strategy, developing high-performing teams, and contribute to long-term organizational success. I am committed to leading in a way that prioritizes safety, reliability, and cost-effective outcomes while creating alignment across people, processes, and systems.
