With over a decade of experience in electrical & instrumentation, power distribution, and continuous process reliability, I combine hands-on technical expertise with a leadership approach that prioritizes accountability, clear communication, and bringing structure and organization to complex work. 

Throughout my career in the pulp and paper industry, I have led and coordinated critical initiatives involving control system integration and reliability improvements through cross-functional collaboration between maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors. These experiences have reinforced my focus on improving system reliability, reducing operational risk and driving consistent performance in high-stakes heavy industrial environments. 

Building on this foundation, I earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and Technical Management, expanding my ability to align teams, manage change, and apply structured problem-solving to operational challenges. The knowledge and experience gained through this program complement my technical background, allowing me to approach production constraints from both a systems-level and broader strategic perspective.

My career goal is to continue advancing into technical leadership roles where I can apply my expertise and long-term vision to critical infrastructure improvements while contributing to broader strategic direction and overall business success.
