My Leadership Philosophy 

My leadership is grounded in integrity, accountability, and trust. I believe effective leadership is about creating structure that enables consistent, high-level performance while giving people the support and resources they need to succeed. Rooted in servant leadership, my approach focuses on setting clear expectations, removing barriers, and allowing individuals to feel confident and take ownership of their work.

Setting clear priorities allows people the freedom to determine how their work gets done. I encourage team members to think independently and share ideas, always looking for smarter and more efficient ways to accomplish our goals. When people understand the bigger picture and are trusted to make good decisions, they are more invested in the outcomes. Clear communication and alignment keep everyone moving in the same direction while creating an environment where people are motivated to contribute.

I believe strong leadership creates a culture where people take pride in their work. They support one another, hold themselves accountable, and expect the same from those around them. I show up each day committed to supporting my team and applying my technical experience to sound decision-making. When leadership is done right, the result is a team that consistently delivers results, not because they have to, but because they want to.

My Safety Philosophy

My approach to safety is simple: identify risks before the work begins, involve the people doing the work, and never let production pressure outweigh doing the job safely. As a leader, I want people to feel comfortable speaking up or stopping work when something isn’t right. I believe safety and reliability go hand in hand. Well-designed, well-maintained equipment reduces unnecessary exposure and creates a safer workplace. Everyone goes home the same way they came to work.
