My career goal is to advance into senior leadership roles where I can expand my influence on broader operational strategy, developing high-performing teams, and contribute to long-term organizational success. I am committed to leading in a way that prioritizes safety, reliability, and cost-effective outcomes while creating alignment across people, processes, and systems.
The demand for leaders with both technical and business expertise continues to grow as organizations modernize infrastructure, adopt new technologies, and focus on improving operational efficiency. Individuals who can effectively bridge technical knowledge with leadership, strategic planning, and organizational alignment have become increasingly valuable across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Over the next one to three years, I intend to transition into a superintendent-level leadership role with responsibility for multiple teams, larger budgets, and broader operational strategy. I plan to continue leading control system modernization, reliability improvements, and capital project initiatives while applying the organizational leadership and change management principles I've developed through OLTM.
Over the next five to ten years, my goal is to advance into a senior leadership position with responsibility for multiple disciplines, overall organizational performance and long-term operational direction. I intend to leverage my background in automation, reliability, maintenance, and leadership to influence business strategy, develop future leaders, and drive sustainable organizational success.
